Come during your scheduled time or as close to it as possible. These times prevent congestion. On Saturday, doors open promptly at 8am and Sunday at 9am with eager buyers. Vendors need to come 30 minutes before doors open. Lost sales happen frequently because of tardiness. Our staff and volunteers will be on site one hour before doors open.

SHOW UP ON TIME!

The day is busy and moving is tiring. Please remember to rest and stay hydrated. We want you to be fully energized for the days that will follow! Wear comfy shoes.

STAY HYDRATED!

Is your item handmade, local or upcycled? Let people know! Our guests won’t know unless you tell them. Does your booth have a name? Tell them! This is a good way for guests to let others know where they found that vintage toilet plunger. Good signs can go a long way.

Draw people in!

A FEW MORE THINGS

Keep in mind how you’re going to set up the booth. Each booth you secured is a 10x10 foot space, but you can build up vertically to showcase more of your items. You can bring your own shelves and clothing racks to better display your goods!

Your booth fee does not include tables and chairs. Feel free to bring your own or rent them for $10 a chair and $25 a table. You can contact linh@thriftapalooza.org to reserve them, or you can order them using your original checkout link in your approval email. The tables and chairs on a first come, first serve basis.
