1. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number to Thriftapalooza, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages (e.g., event alerts, ticket updates, exclusive offers). Message frequency may vary.

2. Message Frequency & Timing

  • Messages are sent only between 8 AM and 9 PM local time to comply with TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

3. Message & Data Rates
Standard messaging and data rates apply, based on your mobile carrier plan. Thriftapalooza and Mailchimp are not liable for any such charges.

4. Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Support Instructions

  • Reply STOP to any message to permanently unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message.

  • Reply HELP to any message for support information.

  • After opting out, you must re-subscribe to receive more messages.

  • If you change your number, it’s your responsibility to update us.
