    🛠️ GETTING THERE

    • Thriftapalooza will be held in Hall D which is located at Portland Expo 2025 N Expo Road

    • Check-in will be in the Hall D past the Lobby at the Thriftapalooza booth.

    • Vehicle loading will be primarily via the loading dock in the back, however if your booth location is closer to the front, you can load in there as well. Be mindful about blocking traffic/others.

    • At check-in you will receive your booth location and 2 vendor badges.

    • Vehicles will need a loading permit if you want to move your vehicle closer to the building.

    • Your car must be moved immediately after unloading so that others can unload.

    • You can make multiple trips on Friday.

    🚗 PARKING INFO

    Friday: Parking is FREE.

    Weekend Parking: The venue charges parking each day. Parking is $15 per day. You can purchase a 2 day pass here. Please understand the venue charges this and not us.

    Vehicle Access: If you need to bring your vehicle close to the building to unload, fill out and display the attached Loading Permit on your dash.

    🛠️ SETUP DETAILS

    • Bring your own carts/dollies if you can — it gets busy fast.

    • Keep aisles clear and be kind to your fellow thrifters.

    • Your booth is your kingdom: decorate, restock, and make it shine.

    ⏰ Remember: everyone must be out of the building by 6PM Friday.

    💡 REFILL YOUR BOOTHS

    Empty booths look combed over and sad. Sad booths = sad sales.
    Refill throughout the day to keep things fun and happy!

    🍴 HUNGRY?

    • Multiple food & drink vendors — including mimosas and cocktails! 🥂

    If you’re working solo, pack your Power Ranger lunchbox or befriend your booth neighbors for potty breaks. (Trust us, you’ll thank them later.)

    Show ends to public at 5PM. Please be out of the building by 530PM.

    💸 SUNDAY SALE

    Sunday is your last chance to move your treasures!
    Traffic is typically 30–40% of Saturday, so consider marking down items (not required, just encouraged).

    🚫 SHOW ENDS AT 3PM (DON’T PACK EARLY!)

    Please don’t start packing up before 3:00 PM on Sunday — shoppers are still thrifting like pros. 

    If you pack early, Jen will notice.
    And yes… she remembers. 👀 Don’t end up on her Naughty List.

    💕 DONATIONS

    Want to leave lighter than you came? Our nonprofit partners have your back:
    🧺 Donation trucks arrive at 3:30 PM Sunday.

    Who Takes What:

    ReStore Habitat for Humanity takes most items that are complete and not damaged.

    At 3:00 PM, we’ll start collecting at the back of the building (aka Donation HQ).
    Our team will direct you. Space is limited — first come, first served!

    📦 LOAD-OUT

    Here’s the plan when the show ends at 3PM:

    • Please help us by removing tape on the floor.

    • Wait until your booth is fully packed before bringing your vehicle to load.

    • Think “pack first, car later.” It keeps things moving and avoids gridlock.

    🗑️ TRASH

    Please don’t leave trash, broken items, or mystery boxes behind.
    If you brought it in, sell it, donate it, or pack it out.

  • Getting Connected to Expo WiFi

    How To Connect

    1. Select Expo WiFi from the list of available networks on your device.

    2. Once connected, open a web browser to be directed to our Wi-Fi portal.

    (Mobile devices typically launch the portal automatically.)

    3. Choose your service level and complete the secure online purchase.

    4. Create your login credentials to access the network.

    No staff assistance is needed — you can manage your connection quickly and securely on your own.

    WiFi Service Options

    Basic Wi-Fi

    • Up to 3 Mbps

    • $12 per day per device

    Business Class Wi-Fi

    • Up to 10 Mbps

    • $50 per day per device

    You may purchase service for up to five devices in one transaction.
